Warning the SR world have been infiltrated by a small group of extremely
powerfull and intelligent Pandas with chainsaws instead of hands... Only
one of these beings has been identified but it is believed that many
more hold the sway of Corps, Lone Star and Johnson Empires. They
originated from somewhere in Brazil where a main base of operation
apparently exists, it is believed to be heavily guarded. They are always
surrounded by bodyguards and assasins and are rarely seen. As you would
expect (with chainsaws for hands) their prowess in had to hand combat is
second to none. The reason for their sudden aggression is unknown
although many believe that it stems from the rejection of mutants in
general from society.

ESSENCE:3 CHAINSAWS, Damage: 16S
MAGIC:3 Essence: 1.5 (each)

Reaction: 6 , Init.: 2+2D6 , COMBAT POOL: 8 , MAGIC POOL: 7

Skills of Note, Rules for chainsaw;
Biotech: 3 Attack as for unarmed combat rules,
Electronics: 3 if attacker wins then defender takes
16S.
Unarmed combat: 14
Sorcery: 7
Negotiation: 10
Etiquette (street): 4
Etiquette (corp): 6
Sociology & Psychology: 4
Battle tactics General: 4

If panda goes up to serious stun then it goes into frenzy;
+1D6 init , immune to pain - all damage TG modifiers are ignored.
