Apart from organisational bying licenses, depreciations, firm association
access, tax covers, deductments, and the everpresent Front, you're right.
But one word of advice, do not, repeat, do not immerse the PC's in
administration. I once ran a campaign where one of the gamers were
colonel for a mercenary army, and he did not trust his subordinates to
make the right desicions, so he ran almost everything, including supply
orders, logistics, material requirements, etc. and I was then too liberal
to say/persuade him to allocate much of the admin stuff to
his capable captains. Result was that 80% gaming time went admin, damn
irritating though sure good for roleplaying.....
Only thing that matches ol'times decking in way of time 'requirements' and
effect on the other gamers fun :(.
Give the PC a loyal assistant who runs the day-to-day and shortterm
operations. Leave the visions and all the extraordinary stuff to the PC :)

Excerpt from "The Girl's Mine" (HIStory).
(Some cosinger) "<sighing> Michael, we're not going to fight about
this."
(Michael Jackson, taking with a voice indicating a recent forcible removal
of his testicles) "Haa, I thought I told you, I'm a lover not a fighter."
- At which point I've an overwhelming impulse to smash my
audio with whatever means available. Including my head.

NB: Any eventual comments on the errors in the above is welcome.
