Hello once again
Here are some NPC's and a couple characters that are always fun
(and if NAGEE is still around please send me the address to donate too)
Nord: This haitian decent inhabitant of the streets of seattle is always
showing up at the right time. Being a Shaman (Snake) and a cab
driver, he drives around in his spell lodge giving rides to all.
"Hey mon, whatchu doin in this part o'town?"

The
Barguy: The bar guy is an inhabitiant of a building with some special abilities.
Not only the person, Barguy, who is a rating 8 or so Free Spirit,
But the building is neat (see below) too. one of his powers is
"create wealth" in the form of fine liqueors.Created by Rascal
(again, see below) since we needed a 24 hour trustworthy person
(since his truename is in an emininately pblishible format)
Runs a tight ship, and often employs some friends of his from both
realms as bouncers.
"Hey man, not in MY bar" usually followed by a splash or other fun sound

The Black Oak Bar and Tino's Pizza:
The Oak is a nice bar, with good security, and a house band. Unusual
in a bar which caters to Seattle's night life. Operated by Black
Oak productions, the bar (and band) have resisted all outside influences
to takeover or control, probably due in large part to the unique
atmosphere of freedom and Awsome real pizza. It's pricy, at 3 nuyen
a slice, but add cold cheese on the hot slice and you have meals
fit for royalty, who rumors have it run the place. A Prince of
The Tir who happens to be a physical adept. right.
NEXT the rumors will say that the sign above the bar
"where Spirits, dragons and Vampires drink free!" isn't some kind of
joke.
>>>>>Data dump, 34 MP<<<<<
The oak's computer system has exactly one network connection, connected through
an ancient device called a digital modem to an even more ancient device called
an apple 2e. The rest of the syestm all <<14 MP BlOCK DeLETE>>the biggest
data-
base on seattle companies outside of corp seattle, making them a great source
of info, if asked the right way.

The basement has an internal power supply, stolen from the Tir. This rests on
large springs, which dampen up to a ricter scale of <<Deleted>>.
The other basements contain full medical facilities, a recording studio, gym
(small one) and other assorted things, such as the armory.
The first floor is the bar itself, and some rentable offices, and the owners
office. This is where the Apple computer is located. the upstairs contains
several apartments for the band, and for the employees
who seem to think that living upstairs from work saves travel costs.
The roof phalanx computer system <<<Block delete 19.2 MP>> and has no
problem
with any attacks so far. rumors say the building has withstood over a dozen
corprate attacks, with no loss of life to patrons inside.

Little Rascal: A Raccoon Shaman born on the streets of seattle with no idea of
his parentage. He has died, and been reborn, and looks to be
Amerindian with blue eyes. Carries 2 dikoted combat axes
with, incongruously enough, stun batons replacing the thrustiong
point.

Tess: TESS is one of the rising stars of the band at the black oak.
She is married to Rascal, and they have 2 children. Not as
active in the Shadows as she once was, she often boasts of killi
ng a troll with a streetline special. She is a mage, so the
relationship is pretty stormy. She likes it that way, so they
can make up a lot.

That's all for now folks
Rascal
