There have been rumors to the effect that Tibet will be explored to some
degree in the upcoming Brainscan book, and Incident Book in the vein of
Renraku Arcology: Shutdown and the vastly superior Bug City.

All that is currently known about either country, so far as I am aware, is
that Tibet is surrounded by a magical wall or some sort, which can only be
pierced by one of the magical items given away in Dunkelzahn's will.

China has some stuff mentioned about it in Dunkelzahn's Will, specifically
relating to Hong Kong. You'll find more of those kind of references in
Corporate Download (under Wuxing) and Smuggler's Havens IIRC. There is also
some stuff in the last book of the Secret's of Power Trilogy, as one of the
groups has to go into China. Its mentioned that it has been split up into
several small countries ruled by warlords.
