Can anyone confirm my suspicion that the CIA no longer exist in 2054.
I remember reading it somewhere but can't find it back.

thanks,

Martin

I thought there was something in Shadowplay about the CIA or something.
Even if the CIA is gone, there is sure to be another organization taking
its place. Now you have corps and countries to spy on.

I'm not sure I can confirm that it's NOT around but in the Denver GM's
Sourcebook on around page 11 is a reference to the FBI and CIA (and NSA I
think). It may have been refering to an earlier "history" though. I just
happened to be reading it last night and 11 is as far as I got.

Seattle sourcebook, in the descrition of downtown, both the NSA and the
CIA (and I think the FBI) have large amounts of office space in downtown
(to prevent Seattle from seceding <g>). Don't remember an exact page
referent tho

Chavez:"I want to see his eyes when it happens."
Clark:"So use a good scope on the rifle."

When i was running Buzz, he was a CIA decker. His job was to spy on the
Megacorps in Seattle. On of the plotlines wa a Schism had happened in the
organization, and Buzz was caught in the middle. He ended up exposing all
the CIA members and other government officials bought by the CAS. This
caused him to retire from the CIA on TK, but my GM had him killed off...via
an 18D anti-deck virus infecting Buzz' C^2 deck without any Sensor test to
detect it. :(
