Alright, this is directed not only at KHANx, but also to Jason Carter and
to everyone else who is getting snarely.

1) Any person who believes that SR, as written by FASA, contains 200+
pages of unbendable rules needs to take a deep breath and learn to cope.
SR: The Rulebook, is nothing more that a series of structured guidelines
and I'll be damned if I'm going to follow every single one of them,
especially when there are a good many that not only don't make sense, but
also ARE JUST PLAIN WRONG.

2) ANY proposal posted to this list deserves respect and polite
discourse. By posting it here, the author is saying it is something valid
for THEIR personal version of the rules and they are simply sharing it
with you. It may be unbalanced, as a matter of fact, it probably IS
unbalanced, but it is NEVER 'wrong'. Discussion of why you find it
unbalanced is welcome and is the purpose of this list, but heavy-duty
flaming is unwelcome. If you don't like something, and won't ever use the
idea in your own world, then DON'T COMMENT!

3) I lied, there are only two points.

-----

Dammit everyone, knock it off. There are some wonderful ideas on this
list, quality of originality that is at least on par with FASA, if not
better, and I'm tired of bad feelings cropping up because someone makes a
siggestion of something a little different.

End of sermon. There will be a social, orgy, and grape-eating contest
after. :-)
