Actually, I have no idea what you've been smoking, but your immediate example is SO far
off base as to not be simple. Now true, most XL, L, M and S sizes are all the same costs,
in the states at least, but XXL and beyond tend to cost more (as they move into the
"Big and Tall" size groups on the retail level). XXXL especially.
