Because of the recoil and the fact that you must fire 15 rounds? Aim
the first (x) roundsat the target, however many youthink youcan handle
recoil for. Aim the next (15-x) at the ceiling over his head. This is a
perfectly legitimate use of the FA rules, and kinda realistic to boot,
and might just drop something heavy on the target. Miniguns work pretty
damn well.
