BBB3, p.43:
"A character's Combat Pool is equal to his Quickness, Intelligence and
Willpower ratings, divided by 2, rounded down. Spells, powers and
cyberware that affect the Quickness, Intelligence or Willpower
Attributes will also affect the Combat Pool."

Enjoy.

But it might not affect your reaction. It's
either Augmentation or Replacement. Can't
remember.

Um, why does it matter? :)
(BTW: the cyberware, Muscle Replacement doesn't affect Reaction, the
bioware, Muscle Augmentation does.)

The initial question was "does Muscle Relpacement affect Combat Pool?"
and then someone posted their opinion that since it doesn't affect
reaction, it wouldn't affect combat pool.

However, the rules themselves are quite clear: cyber that affects
Quickness, Intelligence and Willpower affects combat pool. Muscle
replacement is cyber, and it adds to Quickness.
