Hey there,

Any chance that someone could bother to post the approximate dates for all the
big RP touraments and gatherings across the US/Canada for those of us who arent
over there?

Im thinking of going over next year if possible and Id like to make the trip
coincide with one (or more) of these tourneys (eg: gencon or origin or
others...). For someone who hasnt ever been to one of these things it sounds
almost too big to be real.. I chalk it down to exaggeration.. but just in case
its not exaggeration....

We dont have enough gamers down under to make really huge con's - well we do
but we're all spread out so far and its not so easy to get across the country
here as it is over there (or so I found when I was there 2 yrs ago - at least
when you dont have a car...)

Anyway.. if anyone could post those dates Id really appreciate it.

Well, it's not all that _big_, but Dragonflight here in
Seattle usually has an excellent Role Playing area (including separate
rooms for each game session/adventure). It's the last weekend in
August every year, info at <http://www.dragonflight.org>;. This year
I'll be GMing an open SR game called "Bring me the Head of Billy
Blackbrain".

You know I have to give you credit if for nothing else I love the title I wonder if the
"billy" in our group would get upset :)
