How about a GM that seems to be confused by the rules. I think he makes
at least one frag-up a game rules wise. It wouldn't be so bad if he was
at least consistent about it! Too bad we couldn't do global deletes of
the brain, or partition the rules so they don't get mixed up form one game
to another...
