I can't find anything that gives any resistance to the
Critter Confusion power.

Am I reading this wrong or is confusion really one of
the most overpowered powers in the book?

Using this power and concealment 1 F9 Hearth spirit
nearly took down 2 g3 initiates and a g2 Phys Ad. If
it was a F9 elemental it would have gone down in 1,
maybe 2 initiative passes.

Yeah seems to be pretty powerfull but after all a F9 Ghost IS a
powerful being... if you want to make that less powerfull I woud make
it a contested roll Force against Targets Willpower, with net sucesses
becoming the Practical Force for the Power in question.

That would make it a lot more balanced.

As it currently stands any starting shaman could whip
one of these puppies up at F6 and take a maximum of
Moderate drain.

Not bad for 6 F6 Chaos spells that your enemy gets no
spell resistance against and no penalty for
maintaining.

Hell, how many of peoples big bad guy NPC's could cope
with +4 on their target number for ALL tests and still
be able to punch their way out of a wet paper bag? A
Force 4 Spirit is really easy to summon.

Steve

Well, actually, if the Aztec (? or was is Myan?) calendar is correct,
we have less than a decade before the 6th age.

What do you mean, "no mana yet"? Surely you've heard of the century
ferret...

It's a previously-unidentified species of ferret, discovered exactly 3
years, 2 months and 13 days ago. It's mainly remarkable for being between
1 and 2 meters in length, including its tail, and for possessing very
acute sense, including the ability to detect mana (probably because it
doesn't like that very much).
