Subject: Conjuring adepts and the astral

Simple solution: Sorcery/Conjuring/Enchanting adepts have no access to the
etheric plane; conjuring adepts _do_ have access to their "patron" metaplane
and can perform any astral quest there. (Of course, since they can't cast
spells, the only ones that are left have to do with spirits - summoning
greater forms, finding true names, etc.)
