try the old top secret system , it worked on d 100 , stat
rolls came thru as a combo of d6 and d10 ( d6 =tens d10
=units ) then assign difficulty , it was a much loved system
which i was sorry to see die a death of financial instabilty
, things like scopes and stuff added 5% or such to modifier
skills where rated in ranks (1 - whatever the pc can
afford ) , these each add 5% to the roll to give a total
accuracy , burst fire took it down as did switching targets
(i think) also mod'ed for range , been a while since i
looked
