Okay folks, there have been a LOT of mistakes lately in regards to magic.
I am going to try a clear some of them up, and try not to do a Magical Theory
Discourse on the Spells and the Astral Plane - I have already done 4 of them.

Encephalon - mine says it helps magic ISBN 1-55560-156-1
Its one of the older ones - I bought it right after it came out.

Quickenings - Fasa - yes you can ground ME - No you can't
enough said. I have done 2 discourses on this subject
and its a dead issue.

Foci - Bonded - means you can personally use it
Active - means you ARE USING IT - it is giving you mods
you can ONLY ground through an ACTIVE foci

Spells - SPELLS CAN NOT BE ATTACKED BY OTHER SPELLS!!!! PERIOD. SRII pg 148 bot

Intercepting - Only a spell cast by a PHYSICAL mage can be intercepted
and then, only with a DECLARED DELAYED ACTION.
A spell cast by a mage in ASTRAL can NOT be interecepted SRII pg 148.
It will effect the target just like normal. The astral mage resists the
drain as physical damage. SRII pg 148 bot

I suggest that all who would to comment on these types of things without making
mistakes read SRII pgs 137,145-150 three times each.

I have read them a total of atleast five times and can still find new insight.

I wish I could find the first few discourses I did on magic about 2-3 years ago,
they were rather well done.
