First off, where are you from... We like to take surveys from time to
time, and prices vary slightly in different countries,..

In the States, the Main book runs $25.00, while most of the sourc books run
$15-$20, and modules runa little less, around $10.00, depending on the
module and size...

And the novels are $5.00 or $6.00...

I've used www.discountgames.com before and they both deliever fast and give
a good deal. It's either 15.00$ +tax at the store or 11.50 over the web,
It's a LOT cheaper, and as an added bonus, if you're on the web you can
order from them. (No, I don't work for them or anything.)

The main SRII book depending where you live, runs about $30.00. Most
sourcebooks run from $15.00-$20.00 at a gaming or comic book store. You
can get used books sometimes for less money, but I like new
books.~Shintaro

US pricing is available at the FASA site.. SRII is $25 and most of the
source books are $15 and $18. Some of us lucky ones get a few percent
off cuz we spend so much there ;) Well.. me anyway ;)

Poor JD shops at the comic shop in the expensive end of town:) Most
places in the US, the book is supposed to go for $25 new, most
sourcebooks run about $15-18, modules cost between $8 and $15, novels are
about $5-6 dollars depending.

Expect to pay around US$25 for the main rules, US$15 to 18 for
sourcebooks, and about US$8 for adventures. The price is printed on the
back of the book, near the barcode. IMO the things to buy are the main
rules and one of the adventures (stay away from the Harlequin's Back
adventure if you've never played SR, though), so you can get a quick
start without having to work out lots of details yourself.

Sounds about right, though I disagree with the SR rulebook. A friend of
mine recently picked it up for $27 new.

Recommendation: try Military Simulations. They're a mail order place in
Melbourne. Ask them to post you a catalog. The address (which is new and
screwing up on them, so don't expect much) is rdf0001@*******.com.au
