"Yuck, strawberry lollipops! For a change of pace we can have chocolate
oreos." Bandit

Actually the dietary and many other odd habits of Bandit come from long
moments of usual observation of the 20-30 raccoons that inhabit my mom's
driveway. Mom would feed them oreos because she liked to watch the coons
pull the cookies apart and lick the centers out and then eat the cookies.
The marshmallows were purchased allowed to age and grow semi hard. In
this state once moistened by a coon tongue they become very sticky and
their paws would stick together and sometimes their paws and their nose
would stick together while eating the marshmallow. The observed sweet
teeth, gestures, washing habits bathing habits, and other odd habits
wound up making one of the best NPCs I have ever made. I do not think I
ever saw a coon eat hard candy so no lollipops.

So which is everyone's favorite/best personally made NPC and why?

well, its not a shadowrun char, it was shatterzone, and it wasn't my NPC,
it was the GM's. anyway... his name was Bubba, and he was a shiphand. our
shiphand, since he crewed with us on the ship. he started as a minor npc,
and kept returning, helping us out, us helping him out, until every time
he appeared we'd all cheer.... he was very like Bubba from Forest Gump
(you know, the one with the shrimp), but he turned out to be a bit of a
mechanic idioit-savant over time.. ah hum, I didnt like shatterzone, but
i enjoyed the *games*, which I think says it all.

Martin Blank: No, no. Psychopaths kill for no reason.
I kill for *money*. It's a *job*. That didn't come out right.

Hmmm... Personally made NPC? That I think would be Gunter Weiss.
Very old German Boxer, boxed for East Germany, born during WWII.
He actually witnessed the Zaire Forman-Ali fight, covering it for the
East Germans. Due to the experiments on athletes, he has an
extended life span and an incredible immune system. Date of death
will be in the year 2103. Runs a school/gym in Berlin, long since
widowed, no contact with decendants. Appears to be in his 60's,
and tough as nails. If you want to know about the manly art of
pugilisim, see Gunter. Chop-saki wannabes need not apply.
If you are really nice, he might show you his Olympic Silver,
won in Munich.
