A few weeks ago I was listening to NPR (American National Public Radio)
and they had an article about coyotes being the latest immagrant to New
York City. Apparently the coyotes have decided that it is easier to find
food (garbage, rodents, alley cats :-) in the city than in the suburbs
so they moved in. No one has been attacked by the coyotes and only one
coyote has been killed since they moved in. It appears, from what the
journalists said about their interviews with New Yorkers, that the
immigration has been very smooth and almost welcome.

What does this have to do with Coyote Shamans and Totems?

It seems to me that if this is happening now in 1995, why wouldn't the
coyote be in cities in 2055. I believe that this should be taken into
acount and the Coyote totem should be considered both a Wilderness totem
and a Urban totem.

Another reason for this is that the rules say that coyotes obey no
rules, so why shouldn't the shaman and totem be able to choose whether
or not to be wild or urbane.

These are just my personal thoughts and was wanting to see what the
consensus view on the matter was.

Gee I can see that we've found one to fill in the gap created by the
absence of Doom's literary genius...
