Well critters don't have skills per se. Do you mean like what kind of
attacks they get? If so then it varies from critter to critter.

Please kill whatever 'feature' of your mailer is sending the attachements.
Its most annoying to most of the people on the list to have to find and
delete this file later on.

They don't have skills as such. If they are in combat, their combat skill
is equal to their reaction. For other things, it is not listed, but you
use a bit of discretion and imagination. If there is a panther that is
trying to sneak up on the runners and jump the decker from behind or
something, give him a stealth skill that makes it likely that he will get
close. Just base it on a relevant stat or whatever.

Also, the Bandit (the awakened Raccoon), from Paranormal Animals of North
America has a lock picking skill. That's the only critter I know of with a
skill actually documented.

Most all critter skills will actually be an attribute. For melee or
ranged combat you'll usually roll reaction. Other skills/attributes
will follow common sense: stealth would be quickness, a Bandit's
lockpicking might be intelligence, and so on. You could also just
follow what attribute governs a particular skill on the skill web.
Also, most critter "powers" use essence as a skill roll.

Of course, critters don't suffer modifiers when using an attribute in
place of skill.

Don't forget to add threat pool.

Critters generally don't have skills. If you're referring to the number of
dice they throw to attack with, that's equal to their Reaction, except
possibly where it says "Humanoid" under Attacks. For example, a bat gets 6
dice to attack, doing 2L damage.

BTW, before someone tells you to in not-so-nice words, it would be best if
you switch off the binary attachment you're sending along with your mails.
