Here is a spell from a shadis magazine converted to 4th edition.

Used properly, It can be a very interesting in a fire fight or in non combat

Manipilication Spell

Control Herd (Mental, Area)

This is an area-affect version of Control Animals, simular to Mod Mood. It
only allows the caster to

provoke an action simular to the animal's natural behavior,making it a
superficial mind interaction.

Type: Mana

Range: LOS

Target: Willpower

Duration: Sustained

Drain: (Force/2)+2
