A mage would definitely be subject to security that would be much tighter
and probably though of as cruel and unusual. Unfortunately I have to use a
move as an example... In ConAir the judge who sees Cage's case tells him
that he will be sent to a maximum security prison because he as been trained
by the military therefore there were higher expectations of him. Not only
that but his training made him a lethal weapon. I think something to this
effect would have been added to the legal system for anyone who can cast
magic.

If you can cast magic then rules will be a bit more strict for you because
you are now a lethal weapon. You have the ability to kill a group of people
with one thought.

Another thing to think about would be how they keep or transport some of the
real bad guys like cannibals. Think of the security on Hannibal Lecture
(sp) from Silence of the Lambs. Some street mages may not be as intelligent
or as cunning as Hannibal the Cannibal but they are definitely more
dangerous.
