Has this device been removed? I cannot find it anywhere anymore. It used to
take thoughts and translate them into radio transmission (IIRC).

Actually its the Commlink/Cyberradio hooked up to the Transdeucer.

The Transdeucer itself wont turn thought into radio communications. It needs
to be hooked up to a radio by datajack or cyberlink.
