Greetings to all you Deckmeister and Decker out there.

Are there changes of the rules for deck creation from VR2 to Matrix?

I don't mean the cooking rules but the pricelist for the components
as in VR2 p.89 (at least in the german one)?

One change I found already is that OffLine Storage now cost
50+(5xMP), but are there more changes?

Yes. The deck construction rules in Matrix are a bit different from those in
VR 2.0, with (some?) changed costs and more parts you can add to your deck.
