What would a creatures initiative be if the creature already had extra
initiative die then receives cyber/bioware that gives it extra initiative.

An example is the Cerberus Hound. It naturally gets a total of 3 initiative
dice. Add in beta wired reflexes 3. Now how many initiatve dice would it have
to roll?
3 dice? 4 dice? 7 dice?

Prolly 6 (Natural 3+ 3 from WR), but I wouldn't want to be the creature'
handler. Wired paranat's tend to go berzerk.
Prolly what else I'd do is if a paranat lost all it's essence, it loses it's
connection with th astral plane, like a mage, in addition to certain powers,
like Enhanced Physical Attributed, which depend on essence, degrading with the
essence loss.

Okay, let me get this right, you want to go beyond the cyber pouch idea
(HEY BRIAN AND ADAM - REMEMBER THAT!!!!!) and go on to a cyber Meta-pouch?

I will say that I see the whole idea as Muchkinish, but will give you some ideas
and criticisms.

First of all, Cerebus hounds are like Phys Ad - if you lower there essence, they
will loose abilities. Since normal canines do not get an initiative bonus I
would put forward the thought that their increased initiative is similar to Phys
Ad's increased initiative. Not only would it lower if you put in cyber - but it
would be in compataible.

Secondly, normal animals do not take well to cyber, they often go insane and
may die (like some animals just die in captivity) Paranormal Animals have
acloser connection to magic and as such they would most definately go berserk or
just fry out. Under no circumstances would a ceribus hound who was cybered be
controllable. Remember - humans are much more adaptable physcologically than any
