Okay, here is a suggestion to everyone that has been deeply thinking on the
topic of the "Otaku" lately. As Mike and I have mentioned, what we had were
suggestions. Here are some of the rule guidelines we've used. I think I
remembered all of the multiplier stuff and the limits imposed to them.

of the Index Table, if not, just scroll down and you'll find them. I think
-most- everyone will agree that various limitations are usable ones that don't
override the balance of game mechanics all that much.
