Hello,
I was just thinking, wouldn't remotely piloted drones with one or
two HMG's really clean up on any type of infantry. A drone generally costs
less than 20,000 nuyen, much less than the "typical" cybered soldier of
the future some have suggested. True, the riggers would cost a lot, but
they would be career soldiers who would never be in any danger anyways. At
least no more so than any other person at the HQ.

The drone would have more firepower and range than a person. The
MCT-Nissan Rotodrone armed variant costs only 12,500 and can do the job of
several men. Can't riggers control more than one drone at a time? I'm not
really up on rigger trivia, but I think so.
