From the cyberware damage rules, it should be possible to locate the damage
provoked by a bullet to the affected (and damaged) cyberlimb. Does a
built-in system exists, which limits pain or desactivates the cyberlimb? If
yes, are the damage modifiers still applicable?

I would asume so. Remember, the TN modifiers for injuries are not
only representative of mental trauma, but also physical shock. I
would guess that a "Painless" cyberarm, for lack of a better term,
would still get it's modifiers, only to simulate the damage done to
the actuators, muscle bundles, etc...

You could attribute "wound" modifiers from damage to cyberlimbs to
feedback from the limb's damaged sensors. Sort of like the rules for
damage to cyberware from Shadowtech, where you get TN penalties when your
cyber gets hit, as happened to a character in my group yesterday when he
parked his 200,000Y car into a brick wall -- among other things, this
resulted in deadly damage to his Full-X simrig, giving him a +2 modifier
to all his TNs.

IMHO it is very possible that, if you take a bullet in a cyberlimb, you
get similar feedback from the limb, even though the damage to it isn't all
that bad. As long as one of the sensors has taken a hit, though, it could
be just as distracting as having a bullet in a flesh-and-bones limb.
