as far as i can figure (mostly from looking at the sample archetypes)
cyberoptic cost 0.2 essence for two eyes (i.e. both eyes replaced for 0.2
essence and 5000Y). the extras affect both eyes for the cost.
cybereyes can accept upto 0.5 essence of additional modification at not
additional essence loss to the owner. therefore cyberoptic with low-light,
thermographic and flare compensation would cost net 0.2 essence and 13,000Y.
