Cyberpirates is a sourcebook (Theme book) detailing the carribean,
phillipines and part of africa, as well as madagascar.
Has rules for scuba diving, boats, etc. (Unfortunately we are still waiting
for the long promised ship construction rules).
Well worth buying IMHO.
