Okay, here's my low-down.

Ears, nose, and natural toxic extractants do not require any batterpacks.
They are just enhanced versions of the original (i.e., made with
more precision, and made with more sensitive parts)
Therefore, minimal,if any, energy is needed to keep the parts functional.

Cyberlimbs are connected to biological part of the body
(read somewhere about trying to lift something too heavy for the arm, and
how the user will experience pain as the arm rips apart)
Since the limb is connected directly through several interfaces, one
may assume that the limb can metabolize the "food" in the blood that would
have regularly been used for the natural limb. Yet again, no
great need for any external energy (notice, I said no _great_ need)

Cybereyes pose another problem, because of the several tools
within each eye. In this case, I would agree with having small,
super-powered batteries that would need charging every year or so.

bonelacing and enhanced articulation need no energy
Dermal armor, no energy
Muscle replacement (use cyberlimb explanation)
Muscle augmentation (more intake of food, or eating food with high-energy
content required for proper operation)
This is because muscle is added, not replaced (i think)

Boosted reflexes - uses body's energy
Wired reflexes - uses body's energy (neural and perhaps some metabolized
from blood)

Oh well, just my 6.023e24 cents
