Well, there's always the famed physicist who claimed water had
memory... (serious!)

Well, it doesn't apply to this case, since biophysics is one of
the most expanding new fields nowadays, but when a scientist
says "It cannot be done", he usually doesn't mean that he
cannot see any way to do it... It means that there are theorical
problems... But then, even those get fixed sometimes...

Ah, and in case you wondered, yes, scientists are liars.. :)
