The text says that eye enhancements are almost always
done in pairs. So on the "eye" table are the cost and
essence listed for one eye or the pair?

Also, if I have titanium bone lattice I get +2 on
unarmed attacks. What if I have a cyber arm, do I
still get the +2 from the bone lattice when attacking
with that arm?

And if not, how do you handle this in combat? Normally
I don't require two unarmed fighters to declare what
type of punch/kick they are using. If each limb
inflicts a different level of damage, that could be
confusing.

Costs listed for cyber eyes and/or ears are for the pair.

Basically Shadowrun's melee combat system is abstracted for ease
of playability. Since Bone Lacing is a "whole body" process, I'd say keep
the +2 Power Level reflecting the fact that there may be kicks, knee
strikes, head butts, or whatever within that "attack." It also means that
your body has more mass, which means that even if you're hitting with a
fist on the end of a cyberarm, you still have the mass of the laced body
propelling it.
For more details on cyberware compatibility, I strongly suggest
you check out the rules section in the back of "Cybertechnology."

the "Cybertechnology" sourcebook includes rules for situations
like this too. The rules for cyberlimbs contained therein allow you to
have each limb with a different Strength rating (if you so choose). In
order to figure out what your Strength is for the purposes of unarmed
combat, you take the average of the Strength ratings of your various
limbs.
If you want to attack with a particular limb (say you want to
punch with your strongest arm, for instance), you may do so, but you pay a
modifier to your Unarmed Combat test (I think it's a +2, but don't quote
me on that; I don't have my book in front of me). This reflects the
difficulty of setting up that "perfect shot" that will allow you to take
full advantage of that particular limb's augmented Strength.

If you don't have Cybertechnology, you may want to pick it up. I
imagine that all of this stuff will be in "Man and Machine" (the
updated, revised, neato-keen 3rd Edition cyber/bioware sourcebook due
out sometime this year) when it comes out, but that might not be for a
while yet.

For the pair. I could see a Troll maybe needing ONE thermographic eye as a
replacement, resulting from injury. I would charge roughly 2/3's the "pair"
cost, myself.

No. According to the rules in Cybertechnology (SR2 sourcebook), you owuld
not gain the +2 with that limb, IF you were nitpicky about which limb made
the attac k -- say if that's where you mounted those spurs.

Otherwise, just assume that each attack is MULTIPLE hits, with various limbs.

Cybertechnology uses a system of averaging; with cyberlimbs, you can have
FIVE strength scores and FIVE quickness scores (one for the body, and one for
EACH limb), all of them different. Now, THAT is a mess. The averaging
system works wonders for ironing out the major differences, but allows a
character to decide to use a _particular_ (grossly overcybered) limb for an
attack _if_ they so choose. :-)

<Cyberears/eyes. I'm still not very perfect in
English, so I would like you to explain me this phrase: "Cyberears will accept
additional adjustments costing up to .5 Essence without further
Essennce lost." (p.299, similar text in cybereye's description). Does
it mean that the first .5 Essence-worth adjustments are "free" , which
means I don't lose Essence for them, just the cyberear's Essence cost?>

It means that as long as you pay the first cost in
Essence for installing the device you can install up
to .5 Essence of option without additionall cost but
as soon as you get up that limit you pay what's
left...

Hope you understand better, sorry I can't answer the
rest of your questions but I'm sure someone will
;-)...
