I finally got the section in vr 2.0 where it give the # of damage boxes that
would be taken up with each hit... that light =1 moderate = 2 serious =3 and
deadly = 6 personally I think it is a typo and accidentally put a two in
there in which the 10 was shoved off the list...

so what did people decided, where they going to chage it the way it should
be? the character sheet in the back shows it that was and it would hold
consistant with previous SR rules?

The character sheet in the back is also a bit weird. Look at the notations
next to the wound levels: each one says "+1TH/-Init" Anyone have an idea
what TH stands for? To-Hit maybe?

Also, I don't think this has been mentioned her yet, but did you know that
if you are dead, you receive a +5 modifier to your TN to jack out? It says
so right there on page 50, in the bit about PCPIC -- a kind of Black IC
that forces you to jack out instead of tries to keep you connected. If you
are suffering from a Deadly wound, you get a +5 to the TN to resist
jacking out :)

It's pretty obviously a misprint. It should be "+1TN/-Init".

I would say so, or maybe they meant TN, but typed H instead.

Your right it does say that, I can't believe I missed that. :) I though if
you were dead you automatically jacked out unless you were facing black ice
which instead try to frag you MPCP before you leave. IMO I would say it is
another typo. Just shows how much in a rush they were to release the book.
Wait a minute, I remember reading something about Dump Shock damage (sounds
of digger for VR2). Yes on page 124 there is a table about the Damage
levels of Dump Shock for each Security color. Maybe they were refering to
the level of damage you might be taking if you fail, not what you are
currently at. Just a thought.

I don't have the book handy to check on this, but could this be in reference
to the damage code table in VR 2.0, where a "deadly" wound is 6 boxes, not 10?
