I agree with most of the other posts, stating that it's too powerful and
min/maxed, but it all depends on the campaign, right? I play in a
campaign where the characters started out with access to anything they
could afford, including Beta, cultured and mil-spec weapons and armour.
Naturally we have some really kick-ass characters, even though we only
have around 30 karma. The non-mage characters have little possibility for
improvement since they're already filled up with cyber and bio (0.08 and
0.05).
So what am I getting at? It's okay to have powerful characters as
long as the campaign is suited for it.

Besides, I'd like to know where to find the stats and description of the
sprite/pixie race. Is it a net.book or is it in Paranormals of Europe or
did you just make it up. Perhaps you could post the stat modifiers,
flying/walking speed, lolite eyes and soforth. It was hard to read it
from your initial post.
