Quickened

Tom Dowd - Well lets see the book says in one point that Quickened spells do
not help in astral ie Qk will +4 won't work on you in astral. Tom Dowd said
this summer that Qk will work in astral - now do you see why I don't listen to
Tom all that much on magic - I take his opinion as just that then make a
decision.

PARTY!!!!!
I'll Bring the ROCK

Hows - G+R, Genisis, Weird Al, Queen, Black 47, 10000 maniacs, Van Halen
Sisters of Mercy, Shakespheares Sisters and Billy Joel suit ya alll
Also some Phantom and Les Mis someone bring Metallica and Oingo-boingo

People to bring

As to Long Black hair - I like women with long Black hair, but I don't have
long black hair.
How about, tall with Long wavey light redish brown hair.
And a striking resemblance to a certain important Biblical figure who
really should be thought of as having much darker skin.
Oh - And green tinted GREY eyes - they say that people with Grey eyes are
either very intelligent or INSANE!!!!! Which do you think I am.

Have a nice Turkey Day!!!!!! or Dandelion Day for all my Vegie friends out

That is an unpleasent revilation. I don't think I like it. If quickeded
spells will not work, then why should the Bioware neural boost. Other that
the fact that the description says it does.

The great thing about modern Psych is that anyone can be mentally ill. Just
go through the DSM-IIIR and pick out the one that fits your race, monitary
background, and sex. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, can qualify for atleast
two, probably more. With about 10x as many psychologists out there as we
really need, we need lots of new mental problems to make work. And before
you get all over me for this first I am a Psych major and can say these
things about myself (why I can do this is beyond me). And it does have a
tie in with Shadowrun...

With literally dozens of parties of Shadowrunners out there in our game, the
group I talk to here has brought up the question of where does all this work
come from? Are there parties out there who have planted fake information to
get a run set up that would fit the party well, then extraced the info
(faked by the decker) and taken the money and run? Or just said that this
was all that they could find? This has occured to me as a way of
"generating work" during down periods. I like to keep my GM guessing...

But seriously, there is all this work and all these Shadowrunners. When I
first started out I thought that the party I was in would be one of a small
and well trained minority. Now it seem like one out of every ten people are
runners. I get this impression not just from my game, but from the books
too (novels and rule books). With all the teams to pick from why should a
Corp bother with a new team at all? There are probably a dozen experenced
teams just begging for work. Or a few thousand Corp goons who could do the
job just as well.

Mabie it is just me, but I wish running were a bit more exclusive a pastime.
Sigh. Me and my silly ideas.

That was Paul Hume, unless my memory fadeth like the setting sun at the onset
of twilight, who made that ruling during the summer.
