I remember reading something in either NERPS or NAGEE about the
different grades of Deckers, Bush League, Newbies, Users, Netgods, and
so forth, but I've forgotten the exact names of these guys. For
curiosity's sake, anyone have those names handy (or memorized)?

Wordman should know them :) What I think you're after is from NAGEE #5
