Right, it doesn't solve every problem, it makes every problem worse. It
makes the decker unhappy because we rush unintrestingly through his part,
and still takes (now, non-descriptive, which makes it boring) time. I'm
sorry, but if you actually *use* this solution, I won't play in your game
as a decker (and I only hope you use this only for deckers)

I think the general summery of what all people said means: Interlace it
with other players rolls, make it as descriptive and interesting as
possible, if players do not know the matrix, explain a bit of what the
player is attempting, make the legwork run as diceless as possible, and...
well, did I miss anything? (No silly replies, please.)
