Nope, thats wrong. VR says if you are jacked in it is +8 to all perception
tests ie. A test to see if you notice the corp guards who are standing over
your shoulder is normally 2 is now 10.

But with an encephalon you are switching viewpoints very very quickly so
you can actually see what is happening in the real world, then switch back
for a fraction to sleaze some IC etc.

The +2 to target numbers I suggested is beacsue you are switching between
2 worlds, even though one is a virtual world, and using muscles to move etc,
when in the matrix it's all done in your head. I would suggest a +6 mod
if you wanted to switch between rigging, decking, and real world all in the
same action, and a +14 mod if you wanted to siwtch between rigging, decking,
real world and astral. Though how many magicians you would get with all that
cyber I don't know.
