Decker Questions answered:

The MPCP of the deck is very important. The following are determined by MPCP.

1) Maximum Rating of program that can be run on that deck. This is for both
Utilities and Personna programs.
2) 3xMPCP is the total number of Personna Program Rating points that a deck
can have running at once.

Memory decides what you can load into your deck. Items in Active memory can
be run. Items in Storage can be loaded into active. If a program will not fit
into active memory it cannot be run. If it doesn't fit because it is larger
than the total active memory of the deck, it cannot be run on that deck EVER.

Intelligence is of magrinal importance to decking. It helps determine Reaction
which is used to determine Hacking Pool and Initiative. Also, Intelligence is
used to detemine the maximum MPCP rating of a Cerebral Cyberdeck that a
character can use.
