Ugh..I know exactly which book you're talking about, it was by Nigel
Findley, his third one I believe.
*sound of feet running downstairs*
*time lapse. Sounds of paper shuffling, etc*
*feet trudging slowly upstairs*
Couldn't find it. Found Striper Assasin (ugh) and Choose Your Enemies
Carefully (yahh!) But its not either of those.. Sorry :(

I, too, had been trying to remember the name, but couldn't till you
mentioned Nigel Findley, Fro...:)

This was a pretty good book...:)

Didn't a Troll in Preying For Keeps get a good sized hole blown through her
