In SR3, any detection spell can be resisted if the target does not want to
be detected by the spell. My group, after some discussion, came up with
the interpretation that this means that no-one gets a resistance test
unless they consciously feel they don't want to be noticed by anyone. BUT,
they don't need to know someone is casting a spell on them.
For example, someone who happens to be walking through some shadows would
not get a resistance test against a detection spell, but somebody who is
deliberately walking through shadows so nobody notices him/her would.
