I haven't seen the german Sourcebook, but you can bet there was a Night
of Rage. As for Race Ghettos, I'll bet there are areas where different
races congregate.

This is a stereotype, but somehow I see lots of hardworking Dwarves drinking
it up in Munich's Hofbrauhaus.
