Availability: 5/48hrs to find aftermarket, automatic as dealer option (at
purchase of car)
Effect:+1 SpiffFactor -1 Siganture (And +1 Wl if the troll in the party
decides to use a dikoted motorbike for a melee weapon....)
SpiffFactor: SpiffFactor acts a a negative modifier for a Vehicle (B/R)
test if the object is to transform a normal, straight squaremobile into a
gawdawful hipster bus or pimp wagon...
(TN discretionary. A normal civilian vehicle =4, perhaps, while a
Citymaster or Banshee would be TN=8 (A LAV hippy bus?))
Other Spiff accessories:
Normal paint: standard stuff. No effect, and comes with vehicle.
"Loud" Paint: Clashing primary colors, metal flake, etc. Always
available. +100Y per Body Point of vehicle. +1 Spiff
"Oh My God, Look at that!" Paint: Hot pink with chartuse pinstripe.
Truly disgusting and obnoxious color schemes. Hippy bus paint schemes, aka
