Actually all DOD employees must have thier checks direct deposisted. The credit union I
belong to allows 16 free ATM withdrawals a month, unlimited withdrawals at a teller, will
not add fees for the first 3 "foreign" ATM withdrawals. All in All I like the
arrangement.
