I'm sure everyone has seen Katarina's farewell message, and the two
reply's that followed....

All well and good, but these people were not aware they were spamming the
list, they were simply replying to the cc list. I have been in contact
with Joeseph (Punisher) and he is sorry for sending spam to the list. He'd
actually like to know why she was saying goodbye to our four lists. None
of the three 'offenders', are on Shadowrun (so far as scan will let me
know) And as we all found out from someone's School buds replying to the
list, not being on the list isn't going to stop an outsider from spamming.

I have sent mail to each of the cc'd addresses in her original mail,
warning them to not respond to the four list addresses. I have explained
why, and hoepfully, they will heed the warning and not respond to our
little group of friends. (I seriously doubt 1000+, btw. 500 maybe, 600
tops, including subsciber overlap. Anyone give an accurate count? Shadowrn
had 224 subscribers as of 4:00GMT today...)

Later!
