I have a published shadowrun adventure I don't want to name because I don't
want to spoil the ending. Unless most people here are DMs? Anyway, in this
module, there is a dragon, and at one point the dragon leaves his body to
support his side in astral space. He provide spell defense for his side and
attacks any spells he sees.
What does this mean? No magic for your side, no spell locks, elementals, or
anything. Your opponent mages are unopposed. Even if the reach and body
armor aren't counted in astral space, this dragon's astral body, quickness,
and strength will most definately kill anything it comes across.
