Probably the Dragons Sourcebook, the last Earthdawn sourcebook made, but it
was never published because of the accountants. They posted it on the FASA
home page (probably www.fasa.com but don't get mad if it isn't) and it is a
free download. Besides that it is very hard to read from the screen and
expensive to print on paper, it is worth it. Thanks FASA! A lot of the
dragons outlined in the book are more than likely dragons that are active in
SR.

The Dragons sourcebook, an unpublished Earthdawn sourcebook, was published
to FASA's web site when that game was discontinued. Now, obviously, given
that this is an Earthdawn sourcebook, not all of the information contained
therein is directly applicable to Shadowrun, but many, many things *can*
influence the larger forces at work behind the Shadowrun world, as with the
Blood Wood sourcebook.

A few things to keep in mind while reading it:

Dunkelzahn = Mountainshadow
Alamais = Alamaise

Lofwyr is Alamaise's Vasgothian brother, mentioned only as such.
Icewing is Dunkelzahn/Mountainshadow's brother, and has not [yet] appeared
in the sixth world.

Beyond that, hey, here's the url:

You know, now that I read that line, for some reason I remember it too ...
but I'm not real sure where either. Great, now I'll something *else* to
think about... ;)

??? I was under the impression that Icewing WAS Lofwyr.

Nope. It would be almost poetic if it were true, but Lofwyr and the Big D
weren't related (except in as much as both of them had scales).

Correct. Icewing is Dunkelzahn's brother, and Lofwyr is *not* Icewing. There
are color issues, there are behavioral issues [after all, Icewing was
actually *nice*], and, most of all, obviously, there are parenting issues;
Icewing and Mountainshadow are from the last brood of All-Wings, the most
powerful Dragon ever, blah blah blah. Lofwyr and Alamaise are from a
different brood, and originally didn't even live in the area, but rather in
Vasgothia, near modern Germany. They had a tiff, and Alamaise left.

Lofwyr appears I think twice in all of Earthdawn. But both times he is
referred to as "his brother," and not by any name, and not really spoken of,
but merely referred to.

I beleieve it was Aztlan (pretty sure) where Dunkelzhan (maybe?) said
something like "and we're not sure which dragons survived your down-time
hunting" or...something
