Ah, but who SAYS there isn't a dragon totem? OK, you wouldn't have
a dragon shaman in a campaign because why would dragon choose a (meta)human
as its shaman? But, dragons get there magic from somewhere, and who's to say
it's not a totem?
Sure, it's not in any source book (at least none I've read), or on any list
from the net or the old White Wolf articles, but it could be that dragon is
a very
secretive totem and chooses not to reveal itself to the mere mortals.
