One of my players and I have been playing around in the NSRCG and noted that
one of the options for race when using the points system is "drake" but I
cannot find any information on it at all, can anyone clarify for me please?

Drakes:

Big dragons made tiny dragons ("True Drakes") as servants in an earlier age.
Some tiny dragons started breading on their own ("Bred Drakes"). The 'bred'
drakes grow up as humans/metahumans until they have their first spontaneous
conversion in to tiny dragon form. Eventually they can control the change
and switch back and forth. Cyberware gets ripped out painfully in such
conversion. Big dragons are aware of that first spontaneous conversion and
seek to regain/recontrol/whatever their wayward "servant". True Drakes are
more powerful than Bred Drakes.

First introduced in Threats 2, page 72.

Bred Drakes available as Player Characters (optional rule) in Dragons of the
Sixth World, page 183.

That clears up where they're found, now if only the book weren't near
impossible to get around here....
