For those who haven't read the Shadowrun Timeline at Teetot, one part of it
mentions driving and the speed limit. Back in the 2010-20's it says the police
stopped handing out speeding tickets unless it qualified as reckeless
endangerment. Sometime later - even this changed, they total got rid of the
speed limit!!!!! I believe this was only on the freeways, but what it basically
said was that "interfering with the flow of traffic is punishable by a fine."
What this means is that you should be going roughly the same speed as those
around you - not much more, not much less.
